On Wednesday 25th March I had a tutorial with my supervisors Ainslie and Emma, in this tutorial I received the feedback from my work in progress review a few weeks ago. It was vital to get this feedback and see what I can change and do differently going forward.

The overall feedback was okay, but for the stage, we are currently at I know I must improve a lot of areas in order to create a good quality project. I would agree with most things that were said to me for example they had mentioned that they did not feel as if I was prepared enough for the presentation at the time.

Looking back I would agree with this and fro, the research I have done now I feel as if I am in a better place in regard to the basis of delivering an elevator pitch for my project. I have learned through seeing my peers present their projects on how and what I would do differently.

They had expressed that they felt that the topic didn't seem like it was developed enough at the current point. They suggested certain areas that needed development.

The project needs to define the user and the problem attempting to solve and clear direction needs to be shown. They advised me to redraft the brief to suit the message/question I'm trying to solve.

Also required to have documented was "What is the Research question?", Objectives?

Aims?, End goals?.

They had stated the project needs more rich, deep content, and a deeper understanding of the topic.

Following on from that the feedback given from my blog was there is a lot of referenced websites and articles but I need more primary research. I need to show the conversations and interviews that I have with people. I also need to cite my references properly for example using the Chicago referencing method.

I have been asked to reread the notes on reflective writing and apply that methodology to my blog. I need to focus more on human-centered design. I will have to review my blog posts and apply reflective writing methods to the posts to enhance their value and content.

This feedback has given me a good insight into the areas in which I need to focus on to improve my blog before the submission deadlines.
