18th of February 2020 John Watson came in to give us feedback on our projects. We each gave a 1 minute elevator pitch so he would understand the basis of our project. In our one to one tutorials John expressed that he liked the ideas behind my project and helped by offering a few ideas to the project. He suggested I project tattoo designs on a clear film which could project shadows onto the walls. Although I appreciated the idea I don't think it would be something I'm interested in doing. For my book he suggested leaving the idea of a book of designs and changing it into my other idea of a book illustrating the stories of women who have covered their scars with tattoos. For the mannequins he suggested graffiti over them saying "fuck cancer" etc but I don't believe this suits the tone of my project.
